Signaki is a brand of NWATT LTD. This website is signaki.com. For a question about information you have submitted, use the contact form and mention your enquiry reference.
Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, message and any optional company, phone, quantity, property or placement details you supply. We use this information to assess your requirements, prepare a response and discuss a potential project. The form does not add you to a marketing list.
Where an enquiry goes
Your enquiry is saved in private storage on our hosting account and a notification is sent to the business’s quote inbox. Hosting and email services process this information as part of delivering those services. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
Website retention
The website’s private enquiry store removes records older than 180 days when the enquiry service is next used. Separate email correspondence or records needed for an agreed project may be retained by the business; the full business retention policy is awaiting confirmation.
Essential functionality
The form uses a temporary session cookie to protect against forged submissions. A hashed version of your connection address is used for abuse prevention and is removed from the website’s rate-limit store after 24 hours when the service is next used. The hosting provider may keep separate technical access logs.
The sign preview
Details entered in the Signaki Lab are used in your browser to show the preview. Drafts are saved in local browser storage; design downloads are saved to your device. Choosing Get a quote uses session storage to fill the contact form. Those details become an enquiry when you submit it.
If you add a logo, the browser accepts PNG, JPEG or WebP files up to 2 MB, checks their file signature and dimensions, then redraws the image as a new PNG. SVG and document uploads are not accepted. When you submit the quote form, a validated design JSON file and the cleaned PNG are stored with the enquiry outside the public website and attached to the quote notification. They follow the same 180-day website retention period as the enquiry.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you choose Accept analytics. It helps us understand page visits and successful quote enquiries. Usage information can include a browser identifier, device information and the pages viewed. We do not send enquiry text, names, email addresses, guest details or sign designs as analytics events. Page addresses are sent without query strings or fragments.
We do not enable advertising personalisation or Google Signals. Google processes analytics information as a service provider; see Google’s privacy information. Our website fonts and images continue to be served from this domain.
Our Analytics property retains event-level data for two months and user-associated data for 14 months from new user activity. These settings do not determine how long Google keeps aggregated standard reports. See Google’s explanation of data retention.
Your analytics choice
Accept and Decline are both available. Your choice is remembered in local storage for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies, including cookies whose names begin with _ga, are set only after acceptance and are configured to expire after up to 180 days. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Declining stops further measurement and removes the website’s accessible analytics cookies; it does not delete data already processed.
The essential form session and the browser storage needed for your sign design work independently of analytics. If JavaScript is disabled, analytics does not load.
