A few useful answers.

Can we start with the systems we already use?

Yes. Tell us about your current HMS/PMS, booking and payment workflow, and any smart devices. We start with that information to work out the connections your setup needs.

How do the smart lock codes work?

Codes are linked to a booking and its agreed access window. The workflow prepares the code for check-in and expires it at checkout. Changed dates and access arrangements are part of the rules we agree and test with you.

What happens with cleaning, laundry and maintenance?

Cleaning and laundry are coordinated around property turnaround. Electrical, gas and plumbing maintenance can be brought into the same management workflow, with responsibilities and local arrangements agreed for your properties.

Can I manage properties in different areas?

Yes. Remote management brings the connected information and tasks for your properties into a shared view, while each property keeps its own guest details, access rules and service arrangements.

Will automation increase income or reduce energy use?

Those are goals we can design towards. Booking rules can highlight income opportunities, and energy automation can reduce avoidable use. Results depend on your properties, demand, equipment and the rules you choose.
